So I uploaded some 3d render illustrations that all of them had a blurred object at the back of the main focused object. I got rejection due to "Illustration has rasterization issues such as blurriness and/or artifacting.".

How can I solve this problem? The blurred object must be blurred.

You can try and make your intentions clear in your title, saying something like "intentionally blurred". The title field is really our only way of communicating with the reviewers these days.

@Orkhanss UEFA (on the cup) is probably a registered trademark so I would remove that. Looking closer the edges of the cup are very jagged, this is probably the problem. To be honest this doesn't look like a 3DĀ render to me but a very bad cut and paste job in Photoshop, a well made 3D render wouldn't have jagged edges like that. The grey block at the bottom doesn't look right either.
