M. Unal Ozmen
A sign company in USA being sold my images as printed stickers on eBay. I couldn't find any DMCA link on eBay website and there is no email address regarding copyright infringements. I would appreciate any ideas.
Whiteaster
I think the standard image license covers this. If not, the enhanced license does that, it's not copyright infringement. I could be wrong though. Read it yourself: https://www.shutterstock.com/license
Patrick Cooper
Have you had sales with those particular images?

Read it yourself: https://www.shutterstock.com/license If it wasn't changed, it is not legal to use the images on items being sold. It can only be used on items not for sale. Years ago I have made blocked a store on eBay selling my images on clocks ties pillows etc. But I think they have removed the link to report.

You are correct. SS only allows it under an EL license if the image is only part of the merchandise, not if it practically is the merchandise itself or the main focus as in your case. EBay most certainly does not allow it either: https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/enabling-duplication-copyprotected-material-policy?id=4328&st=12&pos=1&query=Enabling duplication of copy-protected material policy&intent=copy Since their is limited support right now because of the pandemic, there is no life support, but you can email support here (at the bottom of the page) https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/default/ebay-rules-policies?id=4205 The other thing you can do is to report the seller here: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/reporting-item-issue-seller?id=4022
