Can I upload photos that has been taken by my friend ?

No!  It is a violation of the contributor terms of service you agreed to when you signed up to become a contributor.

More importantly, why would you want to try to sell someone else's work as your own?  That's copyright infringement!

You can only submit work that you own or control the copyright too. You can't submit someone else's work unless you own or control the copyright to it.
Check out the TOS and Submitter and Account Guidelines: https://www.shutterstock.com/contributorsupport/articles/en_US/kbat02/Submitter-Terms-of-Service-version-8?q=terms+of+service&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
"You must own or control the copyright to all content you submit to Shutterstock. This means that you cannot submit work obtained from other sources (e.g., online image search results or websites), or incorporate such work into your content submissions, unless you have permission to do so."

You can't share an account either, and you can't have more than one account, unless you have specific permission from SS. Just pointing that out in case you are trying to find another way around it.

Keep it simple, just submit your own photos.

And if your friend wants to submit their photos they should open their own account. There's nothing to stop you helping them if they need and want it. But it should be their account etc not yours.
