I don't see my video portfolio

Hi, 

 

I cant find a link to my video portfolio. When I'm using link: https://www.shutterstock.com/g/marek+mosinski it is empty, byt I have over 200 clips online.

Even when i find my clip, like this one:

when I clik on my user name I am redirecting to page with most popular clips.

 

What I'm doing wrong? Shoud I add a keyword with my username to every single video?

I have exactly the same experience. When I click on the "Active Videos" link, it takes me to to the exact same page with most popular videos. I was trying to share my footage portfolio, but I can't find a way to do that. This is happening to me from the start I uploaded my first videos, more than a month ago. It is pretty basic function, to be able to see my video portfolio, but it seems that it is rocket science for shutterstock.

Same here. I have only 4 videos and they have just accepted but I cannot see them.

Shutterstock's video search for contributor (shutterstock.com/video/search?contributor=USERNAME) has been broken for a while. I have attempted to report this issue twice but so far I have not heard back from anyone at Shutterstock. It's a very basic feature, I wish people could click on my username from one of my videos and see the other videos I've uploaded.

Has anyone actually spoken with someone from Shutterstock about this? I wonder if this is on their radar...

Same for me, adamroper-japan.  I reported this error last week and no one has given me an answer, I just received this message: 


"Thanks for contacting ShutterStock contributor care support team.
We will forward your email to our concern department and once they give us a confirmation we will send you an email soon.
If there is any quire please feel free to contact us anytime."

Dashboard - active videos page is gone

 

Hello, 

when I go to my dashboard I can see there is 208 active videos.
When I click on active videos I can not see my videos 
I see this https://www.shutterstock.com/video/search?contributor=Maja Todorovic

My videos, that have been approved  I can not see them, I can not see them at all.
I see something else 
Namely, when I click active videos the page is redirected on a portfolio that is not mine.
I see this https://www.shutterstock.com/video/search?contributor=Maja Todorovic
When i click on active videos, there is something there that is not mine.
There is no my videos that I can see, like they are gone.
I deleted the catches and delete the cookies and restart the browser but the problem has not yet been resolved.  I see this https://www.shutterstock.com/video/search?contributor=Maja Todorovic

I hope that you understand what is the my problem and can You resolve my problem.

Yeah, I finally got to see my portfolio. I wrote to the support center but nobody answered me. I thought that the platform is more optimized for photo than for video, and I only had uploaded videos. I tried to upload a photo and suddenly I could see all my content, including videos. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but in my case it worked. I hope you too. Greetings from Barcelona!

I am having the same issue.

When I click on the blue "Creeping Things" link (to the right of "By") I am redirected to here: https://www.shutterstock.com/video/search?contributor=Creeping+Things

My photo portfolio is showing up fine, but not my videos.

Count me in on this problem... Been writing tech support, sent Alex SEVERAL emails, started another thread on this forum, NOTHING works.... Same problem as people reported LAST year on this thread!!! the solution MUST be known because it was fixed for people earlier up on this thread!!! SHUTTERSTOCK please fix this problem, buyers can not see our portfolios so we can not sell.......I now have 137,0000 pages of videos, really have like 40 total clips.......

Bump for this topic....Still a problem for anyone joining this tread since Feb. 2019... Problem fixed for anyone on this thread in 2018... Solution must be known because it was already fixed for some but every time I report it to SS they send me a message saying that Tech support "is working on a solution"... how long should it take to do the same "fix" that they did in 2018?????   Again, customers can not see my video submissions because the link to my portfolio goes to ALL videos submitted..........
