How image background ground change without changing image size and dimension

I'm not sure what you are talking about, however, if the number of megabytes of the image is lower after the background change that might be normal if the new background is less cluttered.  If the pixel count (I.e. 5184 X 3888) is reduced slightly that is probably the fact that the background had a smaller dimension than the original.  If the size is dramatically different, I would assume you are doing something, other than just changing the background.  Check all of your settings.  We probably need more info than what you have provided to be of any real help.
