    I took this late in the day when it was getting dark, and rushed the shot. I would appreciate any helpfull comments / critique. A very soft, out of focus shot I know, but as an amatuer I was pleased with the overall image.

  9. i'm new to shutterstock and just want to verify some thoughts: 1) public places in the us - are releases necessary for editorial? 2) person is silhouetted, is a release necessary?
