  1. Hello I have a serious problem with my Public Information Page. I need to re-order the sets, but, each time I click on save, I am directed in a page of error (500 error). I already sent a ticket where an agent promised me that he will send the issue at the right department but since many days have no answer. The sets are fundamental for my work and cannot wait months with this issue because I will not sell anymore if I am not able to use them. I attach a screen video about the issue.   2. Hello, can someone from Shutterstock tell me if the number of sets was limited again and they not show if the limit is exceeded? Because yesterday all my sets disappeared in the public area. I can see them only in the Catalog Manager. Thanks.
  3. I only have 31 images in my portfolio, and I have create 10 sets. I am repeatedly notified "you don't have any sets visible or public" or click here to "make sets visible." When I click on that hypertext it takes me to my sets, but I have yet to see or discover any way to make my sets "visible" or "public." There must be a simple way to make sets public? Can anyone point it out to me?
  4. After organising all my images and footages into Sets under the Catalog manager, apparently my portfolio images and footages become zero. What's worst is that I have tried searching for my images and footages in the customer website and I cannot find anything at all! It's like after organising everything into Sets, all my images and footages just disappeared! Kindly attend to this urgently as I am risking of losing my sales as we wait
  5. Is the number of sets limited? I created a set four hours ago, I published it (twice) and it still doesn't show up on my portfolio page. I can see the set and all its content in catalog manager but not on my port. I never had this problem before. Please, does anybody know what could be the problem?
  6. @Administrator / @Anna Shutterstock I would have a suggestion: "Add to set" option is currently only available in the Catalog Manager. It would be more logical to have this possibility at the beginning when the description and keywords are added to the images and footages.
  7. Hi, is there any way I can publish video sets? There doesn't seem to be a "publish" button for videos, just for pics. For video, I can see "delete set" and "rename set", but there is no "publish" option. I have a bunch of different kinds of videos, and it would be good to organize them, so people could easier find what they are looking for.
  8. Hi, I am trying for quite some time to organize my sets so when someone opens them he/she is actually seeing the latest images/videos or the most downloaded. Currently all they can see in the first page is somethng that is 5 or more years old. Any chances to be fixed?
  9. Hi, I seem to be unable to create video sets. When I click on "create" I am prompted to name my set, which I do. Then I click "create", but the set is not created and it says "0" under video sets. I was excited to see that you can create video sets now, so maybe the whole thing is still new and doesn't work properly? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
  10. Hi everyone, I have joined Shutterstock a few years ago but only recently began using it. I uploaded my photos and looked in Catalogue manager where they went once accepted and i used 'sets' to publish them. Now I think I might have been better not to be using sets as I have no idea when naming them and which I should put where ( yes I know, I'm learning! haha ) So, now I would like to remove all the sets, will this mean I need to re-upload all the photos again, and am I correct in thinking once the photos are accepted they are automatically 'published' without needing to put them in sets at all? I do hope this all makes sense, reading back it seems as if I may be rambling a bit! Thanks in advance folks Tracy x
  11. Hello, is it possible to create sets for videos? In "Catalog Manager," I see the check boxes next to photos that are used to indicate the photos you want to select for a set, but do not see the same check boxes next to video thumbnails. I also see the "Create Set" button when "All Images" is selected, but it does not appear when "Videos" is selected. Glitch or just the way we roll? Thanks for your help.
  12. Is there a way to order the sets within the catalog manager, in the left panel? They are ordered by the creation date, which makes it very difficult to find the sets I want
  13. Hi SS Contributors, Just wondering if anyone has any data on public sets. I have only created a few, but was wondering if it helps sales at at? I have a pretty large portfolio, but if it improves sales I could spend a couple of days putting together sets. Cheers, Matt
  14. Anybody else experiencing this problem? As best I can tell, no images approved after December 15, 2016 have made the transition to my Bigstock portfolio. There have, in the past, been slight delays in them crossing over -but never this long. If this is a known issue and it eventually gets resolved what about the missed images? Will they then be ported over or should I be uploading them direct to Bigstock? Obviously, I do not want to create duplicates. On another issue, the ability to Tweet links to my photo sets is also not working. What gets Tweeted is simply "just shared a set@shutterstock" with no link to the actual set. Again, are others having the same problem? Thanks in advance for any responses.
  15. I am very new here and need to put my images into sets. I am trying to think of how to do that and what makes sense and helps buyers find what they need. For instance, I have beach pictures from Mexico, Australia, and the east and west coasts of the U.S. Would buyers find those better under "Beaches" or in sets for each location? The same with boats, children, etc. What works best for you? I now have 125 images and I need to get organized, I think. Thanks for any advice...
  16. Hello, a good feature to add to the contributor earnings panel would be the ability to create sets be keyword search. Example: I create new set. I type keyword '' portugal'' And all of my files containing the word '' portugal'' would be added to that set. What do you think?
  17. Hello all, I have been sorting my images into sets, but I was wondering if I can see if there are any images not in sets. As in a previous post, I don't rely on all the different counts, they don't seem to be consistent.
  18. I wonder why when I click on one of my sets I can't get the "popular" image just the the last ones, so I have problems to promoting the best selling images from a certain set, and that can't be good I think, what do you think?
  19. Good morning, I would like to ask if there is an option for us to choose which images are displayed first in the sets we have on our public profile. So far I can see that only the most downloaded are "always" displayed first and I would like to change it so that "most recent" instead of "most downloaded" are first. Thank you!
  20. I cant see my latest approved photos...after 48 hours and my images are ghost!!! In this set says that i have 17 photos but only 6 photos are displayed https://www.shutterstock.com/g/harisphoto/sets/62988948 Also in the set Named Meteora if i try to click i cant enter on the gallery Meteora...Returns on the main page https://www.shutterstock.com/g/harisphoto/sets?page=2 Also if i click on my active images my latest 70 approved photos are not displayed and allready passed about 48 from the time that they approved!!! Does anyone else have this issue?
  21. DO all your sets have to have 10 items? Do you wait for all 10 sets to go public? How should you organize your sets
  22. My catalog manager is all messed up, it shows the same images no matter what set I select. Image sorting in sets at catalog manager is set to "most popular" but it shows oldest first and the sorting button is non responsive (stuck). If I want to correct a spelling mistake I have to navigate page by page to find that image. Is there another way to edit mistakes (keywords and desc.), please? Thanks!
  23. Never a dull moment at SS. I have all kind of images mixed in my sets from other contributors. My Christmas set if full of beautiful naked people, nothing to complain about but in another set I have some embarrassing "art works", not exactly for my taste , no offense. These images are coming and going and changing, example bellow with red frame: I would like to sell my own images, not someone else's, please SS.
  24. When a customer views one of my sets, the oldest images are at the top and my newest at the end, which may even be on the next page. I would love to be able to make the newest ones appear first, for freshness for the customer experience and to boost sales of new content. Is there a way to do this that I'm not aware of, or can this be fixed, or at least made to be a choice for the contributor creating the set? Thanks!
  25. If only those "Sets" could be named correctly in Polish Language... Now it means "Settings" - not "Sets"... In Polish [ Ustawienia = Settings ], should be "Zestawy" OR "Kolekcje"
