  1. hi I'm new and i need help.it's already been half a year from the moment I passed the SS exam, but for all this time I haven’t gotten a new sale.I live in war, so I take all the pictures on the meizu 6m phone. I wanted to buy equipment or move from the first sales (this war squeezes all the juices from me “Ukraine against Russia”), but there were no sales and I don’t know what to do. I ask you to help. Advice on how to improve my photos or portfolio
  2. Hey Guys This is probably my first ever post on such an outstanding platform. But i have some questions though. Any existing or experienced author mind sharing his thoughts and views what are the benefits of having a business account. Is there some kind of royalty increase ? any benefits on withdrawing funds ? any further benefits like more uploading rights etc Would really appreciate any help Thank You
  3. As the title says, a few pictures got approved tonight and I have 200 in my portfolio now. I know those are very few photos for stock photography and I was planning to make this post when I reached 500, but since I've made very few sales, I ask for help right away. Quick storytime: I started taking pictures years ago, but wasn't really into photography, I just learnt how to use my old Canon 400 D so I could take pics of wildlife. It was basicaly an excuse to spend more time outdoors chasing deer and birds. Just a few months ago I found out about stock photography and started reading about real photography in this forum and searching for info everywhere I could (videos from YT, posts, blogs, etc.). I feel like I'm starting to figure out how things work, even tho I have a looooong way to go yet. I know I still have many technical things to learn (lightning, composition...), and I'm working on it, it's a slow process. But that's not the main issue in this thread, I'd like to know if you guys could give me a review at my portfolio and help me with the pictures that you think might have a selling value. So tell me which pictures are worthless, which could have sold if I had taken them differently, what kind of pictures should I aim for... any sugestion on how to improve sales is accepted. So far I've sold mostly macro pictures (a spider, an ant, a frog...), but haven't even made it to 2$ yet. And my equipment is a Canon 80D, a Canon 70-300 IS USM f4-5.6 which I use for wildlife, a Sigma 17-70mm 2.8-4, and an old and basic Canon 18-55mm. Thanks in advance!

  5. Was thinking of getting some extension tubes, so started looking around Kenk are going for approx £110, anyway found some on Ebay going dirt cheap - so I put a bid on for £10.50 and Won ;o) They've just arrived and look authentic with the name on the barrel - so can't wait to have a go tonight. Never used them before, so I'll see how I get on - otherwise I'll sell them - At least I should get my money back!
  6. Hello Guys, i have a issue and i dont know why this happens to me. I have these added Photos and i dont know why they do net get accepted. They say: 1. "Tags" are wrong or have some brands in it. 2. "Brands in Title or Tags". My description was "Munich Olympia Park, Sunrise, Mai 2018, München Olympiapark bei Sonnenaufgang im Mai 2018" Some tags are... "tv tower, olympia park munich, olympia turm münchen". But these are all tags which were used a dozend of times. Also the description is used very often. Furthermore i photoshopped every brand out of these photos. I'm really helpless. Can some of you give me an advice please? I would be glad if heres someone who can help me with this issue thanks alot for your help, Tobi
