  1. I'm currently using Nikon d5300 dslr camera with 18-55 mm lens. But it is not enough zooming for wildlife photography. I need to get community comments for good low budget zooming lens suggestions ....like Nikon 70-300 mm lens or other suitable lens for nikon
  2. I m a loyal Nikon user but i couldn t resist to share this video. Enjoy it
  3. Hi all guys, I am new into the SS contributors, I am learning. I had uploaded some camera and it's lenses images and rejected with "Image potentially infringes on another person's intellectual property rights (e.g., image contains artwork, writing, sheet music, or objects protected by copyright). I removed the logo of canon. But I can now understand all text also have copyrights of some fonts' of course. I want to know if I submit these types of images in editorial,it will be accepted or not?? or is it right to try some image rejected in commercial ,after that try to editorial next?? Thanks in advance everyone.
  4. Hi Everyone, I'm new to Shutterstock and have uploaded my first few images. I currently shoot on a Canon 100D/ SL1 and Tamron Lens. I want to lean on your experience and ask if I should upgrade Lens, I'm looking at Canon L series Lens 70-200mm f4 as I mainly shoot landscapes, would using this lens on a 100D be wasted? Or do I need to upgrade to Full Frame first? Thanks to Everyone in Advanced
  5. Hi there , Can someone please recommend an ultra wide lens for crop sensor? I have the Nikon D7200 and i`m on a tide budget so i`m looking for one of the 3rd party lenses, like Sigma,Tokina or Tamron. Thanks in advance. Dimitris
  6. Hi, I had the unfortunate incident in the weekend when my D3300 was dropped and no longer works. As unhappy as I was at the time I realized how much I enjoyed shooting with it. Instead of looking to buy the same camera I am seeing this as an opportunity to upgrade.! I had only owned my cameras for a few months so still exploring. I had bought a couple of lenses (35mm Nikon prime, Tamron 70-300mm) so not spent any mass amount on them but my question is this, as I have been looking into upgraded version, either D5500 or D7100/D7200 second hand I am trying to keep the price under £1000 and as I have not spent too much on lenses might also consider moving to Canon or Mirrorless and sell the lenses I have on ebay . At the moment I don't have a particular subject for what I shoot. I am not into Weddings or Portraits, nor did I find myself climbing high mountains to get that great scenic shot (not yet anyway). However, Scenery/Landscapes do attract to me so will probably continue with that. Street photography I would feel awkward taking photos of random people and can be quite frowned upon in the UK. I would like to take the camera with me on city break holidays as I have a few trips lined up for later this year. I keep finding myself watching reviews on the Mirrorless cameras but I think the low battery life would be quite frustrating. Also, the size of holding a bulkier DSLR feels more like you have a decent piece of kit in your hands. Tough choice really so wondered if anyone has any advice ? Is Mirrorless worth the switch for a Amateur photographer ?
  7. I found a Nikon D7500 2 Lens Bundle that is within my budget and has what I (think) I need. I am mostly looking for a way to shoot 4k videos and to take decent photos while in vacations. My past experiences with Nikon were very good, but those were simple point-adn-shoot cameras. I would like to ask if this one is a good camera or if I should consider other brands/models.
  8. Hi everyone I am new contributor member of shutter stock that has not been approve. I am going to buy a new camera but I am so confused. I don't know which one should I go for. So there is the Sony DSC-HX300 which awesome with great zoom (50x optical) and since I have a shaky hand so the saleman told me it will be perfect for me. Since the stabiliasation is better and helps not bluring my images if my hand shakes. Now I just came across this Canon eos 1200d which is a DSLR camera. I heard it's better but poor in lowlight and if my hands gets shaky then the images might comes out blur. Please I need your opinion and also some images example if you are using one of these camera. Which one is better and why? Thanks a lot.
  9. Is it necessary to use only a DSLR or a SLR camera to take photos and to upload on shutterstock or may I just use a point and shoot camera? Thank you.
