  1. Hello Sir : I hope anyone of the support staff is reading this because my problem is going to get me desperate. ☹️ My Shutterstock account has been disabled without any notice. I build a Black and white quotes Portfolio and in my account $40 USD Last two days, I tried to login into my account but got a message, that the combination of username & password doesn't match. So I tried the "forgot password" function and got the message, that my account has been disabled. Then I used the contact form to report the issue, I wrote in English, but I haven't got any response. I hope anyone can help me. Note: (This is my Second account). Only For Shutterstock Contributor Support. Because I can't login to an Previous account. Please tell me how to contact Contributor Support I want to get my account back & I want to get my money $40.If not possible, please, back my all upto 1800 work.   2. I am so angry, thats why I am keep it short for not saying anything rude. I was kicked out of my account today for no reason. It keeps saying "Your account has been disabled". I did not do anything to violate terms of shutterstock. I want my account back, i want money back. Don't you think that this could be only source of income for a student or anyone to live.   3. Hello everyone, I'm having a big problem with my account. At the start of November I noticed that my payment email had been changed in a hacking attempt. I than proceeded to secure the account, changed my password with a stronger and unique one, checked all of the other details of the account, but everything seemed to be in order. This happened at the start of the month, and I already received the notice from SS that the payment was going to be sent on the wrong email (the one put by the hacker), so I contacted the assistance to ask to block the payment and to send it instead to my usual email. Assistance blocked the payment, but disabled my account for investigations, and here the nightmare started, because after one month and a half, the account is still disabled and all of my images have been removed from sale. I already contacted assistance 3 times, but the only answer I'm getting is that I have to wait... Wait for what? how much? What's happening? No details at all, just generic response like "investigations are going on, your case has been escalated... etc." Does anyone of you had a similar experience? What should I do? do anyone of you knows someone I could contact in SS to help me in this absurd situation? Last week I've created a new account and passed the test with success (upload 10 images plus ID). Shutterstock sent my an email that I have been approved. Next day, I tried to login into my account but got a message, that the combination of username & password does'nt match. So I tried the "forgot password" function and got the message, that my account has been disabled. Then I used the contact form to report the issue, I wrote in English and another message in German, but I haven't got any response. I hope anyone can help me. Thanx in advance Sincerely Christian

Hi admin, please help me, i have created an account to be contributor using email abdr.hanif@gmail.com but after i input address and click next, the page show with text "we could not verify your account". i know i have created 3 account with same address but when i create those account i'm not have passport, but now i have passport to verify and want to create my new account to be contributor because i forgot my password on those old email. please admin i want to use as my account on contributor, but after input address my account disabled and can't change password, please activated my account and i will verify my identity
  6. Hello, I see the error "Uploading has been disabled for your account. Please contact support." on my homepage and all the images on my portfolio except one are gone. It's so frustrating to get this error and not see an explanation. I have filled out the tax form yesterday and that is the only thing I can think of which could be related to this issue. Since i haven't got a reply from the support center, I'd really appreciate if anybody knows and shares what I can do to fix this.
  7. Hi. My friend's profile loading stopped. Downloading of referal was a picture of a friend of reason. Its purpose was to help new start. He wrote in the same issue of referral sent. Repeated again and again that the rules have been met. Referals account was opened. However, at present, depending on the friend's profile has been affected and account for all of the portfolio.   10. First, when im login, shuttertstock was mail me. about, warning, my account will be suspend. Because " Shutterstock, Inc. ("Shutterstock") has discovered that an image or images in your portfolio appears to have elements that are copies of another individual or entity's work and, therefore, belong to that individual or entity." And then, SS was deleted all my portfolio, its ok, but, i just want my account back, i Was mail the support like 6 times, but still no answer and respond, How possible my account back? or What should i Do ? Thanks
  11. my account is locked. Now I see this " Uploading has been disabled for your account" in my contributor page from 13 December 2016. I sent some message to Shutterstock support contact, but no answer from them, this is normal, need to wait or write email again?
