Novom Photography

I'm new to this and haven't yet contributed any photos; I'm definitely not a professional photographer, so my question may seem amateurish and I apologize for that: My question is about Location Metadata. If I sell photos, will the buyer be able to see where the photo was taken by the photo's metadata? I don't want them to be able to see where I took the photo, so please if someone can help me and let me know. Thank you, Mark.
