    Ah, thanks. I knew it reset in January 2021, but didn't know when my current level started from.

    Hi there, Shutterstock says I'm on level 3, and that level 4 starts after 500 downloads. But the lifetime earnings tab says I have just over 600 downloads. Is the current level counted from the start of the year, or is this an error? Roll on January (sigh).
