  1. @Kate Shutterstock Hello. In the new interface block it is not clear how to find out how many downloads you have for this year. Add please counter on "Level" tab like: "XXX downloads to reach the next level"? or maybe add new filter in "Monthly Earnings" like this:
  2. @IM_VISUALS did you get a lot of rejections for similar images before the "ban"? I'm trying to understand the logic of the event's chronology. Rejection reasons (1) Similar Content -> Rejection reasons (2) Similar Content -> Rejection reasons (3) Similar Content .... etc And then moderator sees your portfolio and decides to suspend your account (you receive an email about the "ban")?
  3. In my catalog manager i see: photos, videos, illustrations and sets folders. In portfolio page: photos, videos and sets folders. No illustrations tab. It would be logical to add this tab. 🤔 What do you think? @Kate Shutterstock
  4. It would be great if when you hover the mouse over the image in the list on the right-also highlighted point on the map (separate color) at the same time.
  5. Hi. This does not affect the operation of the site or upload photos, just incomprehensible inscription. I noticed this about a week ago. 1. Upload photos 2. Select photos with different descriptions 3. In the field "Multiple description" - will be "[object Object]" Same thing with location field.
  6. Thank you for the information. The footage from India is very inspiring to me
  7. Great news! But explain to me these 2 examples in support article please. 1. All examples have the same background. Different objects describing the meaning of the photo - Acceptable 2. All examples have the same background. Different objects describing the meaning of the photo - Not Acceptable What is the difference?
  8. Yes, most likely these are other people's images. I noticed only 3 points in all of them: 1. All of these spammers have the same processing style (high contrast and saturation, so that this images was pass the submit process, and there was no suspicion that such a picture had already been uploaded) 2. No one has an avatar 3. All have less than 500 images
  9. really? You can do a little analytics: Example 1 - https://www.shutterstock.com/search/mountain?image_type=photo&search_source=base_search_form Request word: Mountain by most relevant, only photos result: spammer1, spammer2, spammer3 in TOP100 from 11,330,540 photos Example 2 - https://www.shutterstock.com/search/autumn?image_type=photo&search_source=base_search_form Request word: autumn by most relevant, only photos result: spammer1, same spammer1, same spammer1 in TOP100 from 8,101,283 photos Example 3 - https://www.shutterst
  10. The Shutterstock search ways are mysterious I found a portfolio of these authors quite by accident for other requests and other photos on the first pages of relevance. Something rises to the TOP, but something does not. I am not competent in this matter.
  11. Obviously, the more frequently a word is repeated, the more relevant it is in the search. Such photos are in the TOP and it are bought more often. This is the whole point.
  12. yes, repeating the same words is spam. Especially more than 50 times :)) as in the links that I indicated here is example keyword spamming on your link: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-photo/guinea-pigs-romantic-date-valentine-day-1242948622 How is Keyword Spamming Defined? - https://www.shutterstock.com/contributorsupport/articles/kbat02/000011449
  13. Hello! @Alex Shutterstock I have collected several links to contributors whose 99% photos contain duplicate spam words, like this: Example keyword spamming: Links: https://www.shutterstock.com/g/Andrey+Lebedev1 https://www.shutterstock.com/g/Gartvich https://www.shutterstock.com/g/Irina+Shapirova https://www.shutterstock.com/g/Nikola+S https://www.shutterstock.com/g/bons Post links to photos or contributors with similar abuses in this topic. 14. It looks great, but I have 2 notes: 1. Why does the button to create a new set (plus) only available for video sets? Why not add it to photos too? 2. Please add the ability to change the order of the position of the sets, up / down (in photos and video sets) for convenient cataloging. For example, dragging with the mouse.
