It's exactly this. But this is not something new, they've dealt with disabled sales/ deleted accounts before, that's why the 90 days, so they have enough time to contact their partners. Anyways, I'll just wait for their answer (not much hope), there's nothing else I can do.

I don't, but I guess I could buy it myself. The thing is that I am so pissed on them (for ignoring my message), that I rather not give them any more money. It's just the fact that I disabled sales (I don't want to pay them more money) and they still offering them for sale. Even if they pay me for the sale, the point is I don't want them to sell my images anymore. I prefer to work with other agencies.

For those disabling your sales, watch out for shutterstock's affiliate partners, they still sell my images and it's been over a 100 days since I disabled my sales (TOS says they have to remove sales from affiliates after 90 days). I already contacted support a week ago but no reply. I wonder who is keeping all the profit in case of people that close their accounts...

Exactly my thoughts. Recently I posted a thief like this (selling photos from a free site), and they did nothing until I contacted the original artists one by one and they filed a complaint. I would also do that (download and sell other people's work) but I just don't want to make more money for SS, they are the big winners here (they keep 85% of the income), that's why they don't care and make this so complicated.

After more than one week the portfolio form the original post is gone. Before you think, SS is not so bad at all, and in fact takes these cases seriously, I have to tell you that after nothing happened I started to contact the original artists (and I was not the only one doing this work). I think that is the only reason they removed the images. Very sad At least the original artists thanked me for informing them.

If you want to see what they would do, for a start you could cancel your own portfolio. I did that after 11 years of being a contributor, and it was my main income. By supporting them, you agree with their policies and you should not complain. It's because of people like you, they can continue. I am sure they won't stop here, they will lower earnings even more (why not, when people keep uploading).
