Try not to put any subject In the center of a frame....Doesn't matter what it is. it makes the Image static and Boring especially for stock. show the Buyer where to put the Text. and....If your gonna do on Black Make it black all Over. Lots of green still there. If your gonna do something do it correctly. I've made the Mistake also with Portraits.But yours is very evident.

I agree with what Laurin has said about framing.  I also feel your lighting is too harsh on the subject, it is coming in from the side too strongly, as is evident on the stem.  For a flower image to be successful compositionally they need to feel the frame more.  The viewer wants to see all the unique details.  I do like how you've isolated the subject on the black background.
