Linda Bestwick Posted September 28, 2017 The sky has much more detail in this one but I'm still seeing lots of noise. Sorry I don't know enough to know why. The ISO is low enough. I don't shoot landscapes, but shooting at f/2.2 seems a bit odd for these types of shots. I could be wrong. Hopefully some landscape photogs will give you better advice. Or join a course or club to really learn how to improve. Link to comment
LAWRENCE TAYLOR Posted September 28, 2017 Only other thing to try is try slower shutter speed on tripod, and maybe f8 or work your way up to that. I enlarged and have HD screen and there is not that much detail like you said. I think 2.2 is the problem for your depth of view, and noise and lack of detail...of course if it's windy, forget what I just said Link to comment
