Not much, Just enough to be there., Also He really needs eyes, It is for sure the gateway to all good Portraits, low key is a term, Underexposure and Lighting is technique. You might get some ideas from this one. or cruise my Port. Lots of hard hitting B&W even one that made the cover of Nat geographic about 16 months ago. Your on the right track My friend. Keep at it. Takes time only took me 50+ years. Gmgadani Posted March 12, 2016 Thanks. Your work is excellent and really pushes me to work harder and harder. This was actually shot in daylight. And edited it in lightroom. Also heavily cropped.
