Better than your other photos, but still needs work.  It's crooked, and the sky is white.

Also, do NOT add borders or frames to stock photos.

Straightened, and levels and saturation adjusted.  Sky painted.

It's still cropped to close, when you re-shoot, allow for a little more space around your subject.

Danny for the most part I think your images need to be rethought. The best way to go into stock work is to have a good understanding of what a stock shot is. It is one that will help sell or promote a product, concept or idea. Now this shot has more going for it than most of your other shots. Things that show travel, scenic areas etc are good stock shots and can be used in a variety of ways. The others were going more toward the limited commercial value area. Although it is not longer a reason for rejection LCV will generally not help you make sales and that is why you want to be on a stock site. It is more than just taking pictures of things they need to relate to stock and how they can be used.

Look at ads in magazines, look at billboards, travel brochures, posters, greeting cards etc and those are in line with what stock is.

As far as the adjustments made to this image I think that Barry's is over cooked and went to far. It looks pixelated and noisy.

Danny, as said this is the best of the bunch for many reasons. It has a story for one. This image screams out B&W and toned. If ya want send the Full size original Jpeg Email and I'll do it for ya and explain what I did and send it back for submission. And going forward do as darla said. No Borders or frames.

I don't think a property release is needed, it's a really generic building design.

On the contrary, it is a very distinctive building that somebody owns. If the  image shows up on a bag of whole wheat flour I'm sure the owners will want some compensation for it's use, but what do I know?

You will also need a property release or submit as editorial.

I would like to edit my first post to, You also "may" need a property release.

I'll do the B&W, Lets let a reviewer decide on the Property Release, If needed Just go get one. The place is worth the effort. and if not. Theres many other outputs for a Image like this. Micro ain't the only Game in town. would look great in the studio next to the gold records. Time for a new chapter Danny...
