RG-vc Posted January 15, 2016 I like it a lot… Beautiful reflection of the lights on the water/river… Not sure about the buoy in the front. It triggers your eye but is not the main subject… At least that is mine opinion... Link to comment
John Grummitt Posted January 15, 2016 nice technique but for me the composition isn't strong enough. Would have put that tall tower at the right hand 1/3 mark which would also have got rid of the buoy. Think it still would have lacked something though. And I would have taken the reds under the bridge down a tad in post. I love the clouds and the reflections. Could you post your settings as I'd like to learn what you did to get this. Link to comment
Kenneth Sponsler Posted January 15, 2016 I agree with John's comments, but I think this image would make it and probably sell if it's technically up to par (in focus, no noise or artifacts). I would clone out the buoy or crop the bottom a little higher to eliminate it. Link to comment
Laurin Rinder Posted January 15, 2016 crop out or clone out the buoy. loose the red Lights and good to go. Link to comment
Barry Blackburn Posted January 15, 2016 Because this would come under landscapes/landmarks or specific locations the lights should stay because they are the night time channel marker lights for all the boat traffic. Link to comment
