John Orsbun Posted August 2, 2015 I like it. But if you are going to submit this, the watch or wrist band might be copyright problem. Plus the white waves have nodetail. Nice model! The pose is good. I wish the white wave did not split her head. I think more space on the left side would be better. Link to comment
Phil Lowe Posted September 4, 2015 I don't know if you wanted critiques for these images, but I'll offer one anyway. The pose is fine, but the crop and your camera angle are not. She looking out of the frame. The depth-of-field is too deep, and the sand/wave cutting through her head - as Jon suggested - is distracting. Next time you're out, try shooting either at eye level or slightly up at her. Put the sun behind her and use fill flash or a reflector to light her up. And finally, use a classic portrait focal length lens - in this case an 85mm f/1.8 - to separate your model from the background by blurring it (the background) out. And look at how other photographers shoot swimsuit models to see how their lighting and poses flatter a model's figure. Link to comment
