front Of image At 130%

There is no movement of the boat, there is no unsharp area. I am not that attached to this image but this image will do to ask generally why this was rejected for soft focus. I have uploaded 100% little shots from all over the image. If Shutterstock, like a lot of you here, don't like the composition then why don't they say that and I will go and do something else but when they reject an image for soft focus there is nothing else you can do. You cannot correct for soft focus. It happened on the day and the absolute only thing you can do is go and reshoot. So unless my eyes are deceiving me and my computer is telling me lies, at 100% this image is sharper than anything else I have posted and have had accepted. But many of my images are not accepted and mainly for soft focus. Mostly it is a depth of field problem; Shutterstock doesn't seem to like my hand held shots in low afternoon light i.e. the lens is opened up but this one is also is soft focus rejection and I am so totally confused.
