Not "Fall" enough.
Shadows too deep for SS liking. And the leaves on the main tree, at least, should be in sunlight. Foliage is the selling point for a fall shot, so you want them well lit, and at their peak.
Beyond that, a generic fall shot is just going to get lost in the enormous pile they already have. As you're shooting in autumn, look for subjects that have a compelling point of interest — one that is enhanced by fall colors.
