Hi! I'm new at Shutterstock and I'm at 80 photos accepted but until now I haven't sold anything (I guess it's normal). Could you provide some feedback about the quality and the stock-potential of the pictures?

I don't do portraiture that often, but I'd like to expand beyond taking snapshots of animals and parks. Is there anything I could have done better here? Is it creepy where the man (the poet John Daleiden) has his hands? Thanks.
I made this picture during my travel thru Mongolia and I've tried to upload it but it got rejected with these comments:
Focus -- The main subject of this image is not in focus.
Noise / Artifacts / Film Grain -- Image contains excessive noise, film grain, compression artifacts and/or posterization.
Can someone explain to me what I can do so I can still upload it?
Hi, this is one of my first act photos, please can you critique composition and tell me how can I make it better? This pic is only for my archive, so I didn't bother delete bracelet etc. Do you thing is the model pose natural enough? Thanks for your opinion
Silverback is too centered, I know. Opinions on how to crop? If it were not for stock, I would do a vertical crop with eyes at the top 1/3 line. Not sure about a stock crop. My best option would have been to back out 10% or so and give myself more options. 20/20 hindsight.
