Not just the logos and name are copyright, the design and shape of the camera is copyright. You would have to submit as editorial, without alterations.

But you need to re-shoot it first, it is out of focus, and noisy, and will be rejected on those grounds if you re-submit the same photo. It also looks like it might be over processed, but I cannot tell due to the noise and lack of sharpness.
